Тhe diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in adolescence still raises many questions. The problem is that the characteristics normal puberty often coincide with symptoms PCOS. article presents criteria a menstrual cycle, clinical and laboratory hyperandrogenism. In latter, most informative indicators are determination index free testosterone androstenedione, assessment total relatively low sensitivity. Clinical hyperandrogenism adolescents includes only severe acne hirsutism. level antimullerian hormone has no independent significance.
